Description

An acupressure peanut ball is a specialized massage tool shaped like two connected spheres with a central “saddle” or groove. It is primarily used for deep tissue therapy, myofascial release, and targeting trigger points along the spine and other hard-to-reach muscle groups

Key Benefits
Deep Tissue Massage: The firm, often spiked, construction provides intense pressure to break down muscle knots (trigger points) and relieve stiffness in tight muscles. Spine-Friendly Design: The "peanut" shape allows it to massage the muscles along the spine (para-spinal muscles) without putting direct pressure on the bone. Versatile Body Part Use: Effective for treating the back, neck, shoulders, glutes, calves, and feet. Plantar Fasciitis Relief: It is a go-to tool for reducing pain associated with plantar fasciitis and general foot fatigue. Improved Mobility and Circulation: Increased Blood Flow: Regular use boosts blood circulation, which helps with oxygenating tissues and reducing muscle soreness. Enhanced Flexibility: By breaking up adhesions in the fascia (connective tissue), it helps improve range of motion and overall flexibility. Convenience and Practicality: Portable and Compact: Lightweight and easy to carry in a gym bag, purse, or luggage, making it ideal for use at the office, home, or while traveling. Simple to Use: Requires no special skills; users can lean against a wall or lie on the floor, using their own body weight to control the intensity of the pressure. Durable: Made from high-density materials (like rubber or EPP foam) that maintain their shape even with frequent, heavy-duty use.

How to Use
To use an ANCS acupressure peanut ball, position it so the spinal groove (the narrow centre) cradles your spine or joints while the two rounded ends apply pressure to the surrounding muscles. You can use it against a wall for light pressure or on the floor for deeper intensity, rolling spots for 20–30 seconds to release tension. Spine and Back Relief The peanut shape is specifically designed for the paraspinal muscles, allowing for deep-tissue massage without putting direct pressure on the vertebrae. Upper Back (Thoracic): Place the ball between your shoulder blades while lying on your back or leaning against a wall. Roll slowly up and down by bending your knees. For a deeper stretch, interlace your hands behind your head or perform "snow angels" by moving your arms in an overhead arc. Lower Back (Lumbar): Lie with your knees bent and the ball placed at the top of your hips or where you feel tension. Gently rock your knees from side to side or perform small pelvic tilts to massage the area. Posture Correction: Position the ball under the middle of your back to extend the spine and open up the chest
