1. Eligibility for Affiliate Program

  • The Affiliate Program is open to bloggers, influencers, website owners, and digital marketers.
  • You must have an active website, social media presence, or marketing platform to promote our products.
  • ANCS Acupressure reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its discretion.

2. Commission Structure

  • Affiliates earn a commission on every successful sale made through their unique affiliate link.
  • Commission rates will be communicated upon approval and may vary based on sales volume.
  • No commissions will be paid for returned, canceled, or fraudulent orders.

3. Affiliate Tracking & Payments

  • Affiliates will receive a unique tracking link to monitor sales and commissions.
  • Commissions will be credited monthly to the affiliate’s registered payment account.
  • Payments will be processed via Bank Transfer, UPI, or PayPal (as per affiliate location).
  • A minimum payout threshold (e.g., ₹X) must be met before withdrawals.

4. Promotional Guidelines

  • Affiliates can promote ANCS Acupressure using blogs, social media, email marketing, and websites.
  • Paid ads using ANCS Acupressure’s brand name are not allowed without prior approval.
  • Affiliates must not mislead customers or make false claims about our products.
  • Spamming, unethical promotions, or misleading marketing tactics will result in immediate termination.

5. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must NOT:

  • Use fake reviews or deceptive marketing.
  • Promote through adult, illegal, or offensive content.
  • Create duplicate websites impersonating ANCS Acupressure.
  • Offer cashbacks or discounts beyond what is officially provided by ANCS Acupressure.

Any violation may lead to account suspension and forfeiture of earnings.

6. Account Termination

ANCS Acupressure reserves the right to terminate an affiliate account if:

  • There is no activity for more than 90 days.
  • The affiliate engages in fraudulent activities.
  • The affiliate repeatedly violates promotional guidelines.

In case of termination, pending commissions may be withheld if fraudulent activity is detected.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • ANCS Acupressure is not responsible for technical failures, tracking errors, or affiliate site issues.
  • We do not guarantee any specific earnings or performance from the program.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
