Clear filters- Power On: Connect the power adapter to the massager and a wall outlet (or use the car adapter in a car's cigar lighter socket). Press the On/Off button once to start the massage and heat function.
- Change Direction: Press the On/Off button a second time to change the direction of the massage nodes. Some models also automatically switch direction every minute.
- Turn Off Heat: On some models, pressing the power button a third time turns off the heat function while continuing the massage.
- Turn Off Unit: Press and hold the power button for a few seconds to turn the entire unit off. Most massagers have an automatic shut-off safety feature after 15 to 20 minutes of use.
