1. Return Policy


We accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 10 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
  • All tags, packaging materials, invoices, and related documents must be included.
  • Returns are not accepted for personal care items (e.g., massagers, mats) due to hygiene reasons unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  2. Provide your order number and details of the issue (with images if applicable).
  3. Our team will verify the request and provide return instructions.
  4. Once approved, the product must be shipped back to us using a reliable courier service.

Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to a defective or wrong product, ANCS Acupressure will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind or any other personal reason, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

2. Refund Policy


Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method within X working days.
  • If the product does not meet the return eligibility criteria, the refund request will be declined.

Refund Mode

  • Online Payments: Refunds will be credited to the original payment source (bank, UPI, card, etc.).
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as per the customer's preference.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Used, damaged, or incomplete products.
  • Personal care and hygiene-related items (unless defective or damaged upon arrival).
  • Items purchased under clearance or final sale.

3. Cancellation Policy


  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • If the order has already been shipped or dispatched, cancellation is not possible. However, you may return the product after delivery as per our Return Policy.

No Refund & No Cancellation for Services

  • For service-based transactions, no refunds or cancellations will be entertained once the payment is made.
