Refund and Returns Policy
At ANCS Acupressure, we value customer satisfaction and aim to provide a hassle-free shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund as per the guidelines below.
1. Return Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns must be initiated within 10 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- All tags, packaging materials, invoices, and related documents must be included.
- Returns are not accepted for personal care items (e.g., massagers, mats) due to hygiene reasons unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:

- Provide your order number and details of the issue (with images if applicable).
- Our team will verify the request and provide return instructions.
- Once approved, the product must be shipped back to us using a reliable courier service.
Return Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to a defective or wrong product, ANCS Acupressure will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to a change of mind or any other personal reason, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
2. Refund Policy
Refund Process
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method within X working days.
- If the product does not meet the return eligibility criteria, the refund request will be declined.
Refund Mode
- Online Payments: Refunds will be credited to the original payment source (bank, UPI, card, etc.).
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as per the customer's preference.
Non-Refundable Items
- Used, damaged, or incomplete products.
- Personal care and hygiene-related items (unless defective or damaged upon arrival).
- Items purchased under clearance or final sale.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- If the order has already been shipped or dispatched, cancellation is not possible. However, you may return the product after delivery as per our Return Policy.
No Refund & No Cancellation for Services
- For service-based transactions, no refunds or cancellations will be entertained once the payment is made.
