We ship across India to most pin codes covered by our courier partners.
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

2️⃣ Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation, except on Sundays and national holidays.

  • Once processed, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

3️⃣ Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities & Major Locations: 3-5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 5-7 business days

  • Remote & Rural Areas: 7-12 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen factors such as courier delays, natural calamities, or government restrictions.

4️⃣ Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹500/- (as applicable).

  • A nominal shipping fee may apply for orders below the free shipping threshold.

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

5️⃣ Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

  • ₹50 extra will be charged for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

  • In some locations, an additional 5% of the total COD amount may be charged by your local courier partner.

  • COD is available only for orders up to ₹4500/- order value.

  • Orders exceeding ₹4500/- will require prepaid payment.

6️⃣ Courier Partners

We work with trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely deliveries.
If your location is not serviceable by our partners, we will contact you for alternative solutions.

7️⃣ Address & Contact Details

  • Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address to avoid delays.

  • Ensure your phone number is correct, as couriers may contact you for delivery confirmation.

8️⃣ Delays & Undelivered Orders

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team.

  • If the delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the order may be returned to us. Re-delivery charges may apply.

9️⃣ Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive an order tracking link via SMS/email.
You can track your order status on our website or via the courier partner's tracking portal.
