These Wholesaler Terms & Conditions govern the business relationship between ANCS Acupressure and wholesale buyers. By placing a wholesale order, you agree to abide by these terms.

1. Eligibility for Wholesale Purchase

  • Wholesale pricing is available only to registered businesses, resellers, and bulk buyers.
  • A valid GST number and business registration certificate may be required to qualify for wholesale rates.
  • ANCS Acupressure reserves the right to approve or reject wholesale applications at its discretion.

2. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

  • Wholesale purchases are subject to a minimum order quantity (MOQ), which varies by product category.
  • Orders below the MOQ will not be eligible for wholesale pricing.

3. Pricing & Payment Terms

  • Wholesale prices are exclusive of GST and shipping charges, which will be added at checkout.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to market fluctuations and raw material costs.
  • Payment must be made in full before order processing. We accept:
    • Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS)
    • UPI Payments
    • Credit/Debit Cards
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is NOT available for wholesale orders.

4. Order Processing & Delivery

  • Orders will be processed within X working days after payment confirmation.
  • Shipping charges will be calculated based on the order size, weight, and delivery location.
  • We work with reliable courier partners to ensure timely delivery, but delays due to logistics issues are beyond our control.
  • Any damage during transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof.

5. Returns & Refunds for Wholesale Orders

  • No returns or refunds are allowed for wholesale orders unless the products are defective or incorrect.
  • In case of a defective product, the buyer must report the issue within 3 days of delivery with clear images/videos.
  • If approved, a replacement or store credit will be issued at our discretion.
  • Shipping costs for returns (if applicable) must be borne by the buyer.

6. Resale & Branding Guidelines

  • Wholesale buyers cannot rebrand or modify ANCS Acupressure products without prior written consent.
  • Products must be sold under the ANCS Acupressure brand name unless an agreement for private labeling is made.
  • Resellers must adhere to minimum advertised pricing (MAP) guidelines, if applicable.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • ANCS Acupressure is not responsible for any loss, damage, or liability incurred due to improper use of the products.
  • We do not guarantee specific sales performance for our products after resale.

8. Termination of Wholesale Agreement

  • ANCS Acupressure reserves the right to terminate the wholesale agreement at any time if:
    • The buyer engages in fraudulent activities.
    • Payment terms are violated.
    • The buyer misrepresents or misuses the ANCS Acupressure brand.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
