Original price was: ₹4,899.Current price is: ₹2,699.

A ANCS Acupressure spinal air traction belt is an inflatable lumbar support device designed to relieve lower back pain by providing clinical-grade spinal decompression therapy. When inflated with a hand pump, the belt expands vertically—anchoring beneath the rib cage and above the hips—to lift the upper body’s weight off the lower back.

Key Benefits
Relieves Pinched Nerves: The vertical expansion increases the intervertebral disc space. This reduces structural pressure on compressed nerves to alleviate radiating pain like sciatica. Decompresses Spinal Discs: The traction counteracts the compressive force of gravity. This allows bulging or herniated discs to retract toward their normal positioning. Improves Regional Circulation: Spacing out the vertebrae enhances microcirculation around the nerve roots and spinal structures. This delivers essential oxygen and nutrients to speed up tissue healing. Stretches Tight Muscles: The physical lifting action lengthens deep, tense core muscles. This helps relax stubborn muscle spasms and reduces lower back stiffness. Corrects and Supports Posture: The inflated belt acts as a rigid support system around your midsection. It keeps the spine in a neutral alignment and prevents slouching during daily activities. Reduces Weight Burden: The device shifts upper body weight away from your lower spine and transfers it safely to the hips.

How to Use
Prepare: Remove any existing rigid waist accessories or personal leather clothing belts. Ensure the traction belt is fully deflated before putting it on. Position: Wrap the uninflated belt around your waist, placing it directly against your skin or over thin, loose-fitting clothing. Position the belt vertically so it sits right above your hip bone (iliac crest) and directly below your lower rib cage. Fasten: Align the central indicators on your sides. Contract your stomach slightly to reduce your waist size, then pull the strap snugly and secure the Velcro fasteners tightly. A loose belt will slide up and fail to create proper traction. (Note: If the belt is too short, attach the included extension piece to the front first). Inflate: Connect the air pump clamp securely onto the belt’s gas valve. Use the hand pump or foot pedal to inject air. Pump until the air columns are fully deployed and rigid. Most advanced pumps feature a safety release valve that makes a rushing air sound or stops expanding once optimal pressure is reached. Remove the nozzle.Wear: Keep the belt on for 30 to 60 minutes while resting or performing light activities like walking or sitting. For enhanced decompression relief, lie flat on your back with your legs elevated on pillows. Deflate and Remove: Before untying the belt, push the air valve ejector or twist the valve counterclockwise using the provided key to let all the air escape completely. Once fully deflated, pull the Velcro apart to remove it.
