It’s an important and must have at each home. I use it frequently for whole body. Keeping it next to bed and books helps. Also the long stand which is flexible helps move it without getting up.
I recon everyone as after reading the way red light and near infrared helps charge mitochondria and pain, you will use it too.
I bought an eye protecting goggle too.

The lamp is very good. It has a switch to gradually increase or decrease power.
It’s height is low. It cannot be adjusted to stay fixed in upper position.
