Stance: Step onto the board with both feet, keeping them shoulder-width apart or as comfortable. Ensure the raised acupressure points are facing upwards. Maintain an upright posture with a slight bend in your knees and engage your core muscles. Twisting Motion: Slowly rotate your torso and hips from side to side in a controlled, rhythmic pattern, keeping your upper body stable. Avoid twisting too forcefully or bending too far forward to prevent lower back strain.
